Gemstone meaning Healing effects of red jasper
Harmonizes negative vibrations in the body, promotes positive, strengthening energies; frees us from blockages and other people's influences, brings more inner harmony; promotes contentment and understanding in marriage (rediscovering each other! rediscovering each other!); harmonizes friendships (also with children, e.g., as a pendant/necklace) and careers (e.g., placing a stone on a desk); it brings new life energy while reducing anger and rage; this healing stone brings us down to earth and helps us follow our path, carefully observing what is important and unimportant to us; the stone encourages expectant mothers, providing strength without agitating them; the stone helps expectant fathers bear responsibility more easily and develop an understanding of the course of life; strengthening for the unborn child (mother places a comfortably large stone on the stomach)
Chakra
1st chakra, base or root chakra, for free-flowing life energy, the natural will to be, the ability to stand firmly on the ground with both feet (figuratively), or to have harmonious contact with the earth. In meditation, it gives courage to let go (placing a stone at the feet), very beautiful in partner meditation.
Meaning of Mala
A mala prayer and meditation necklace can have different sizes and lengths – depending on the diameter of the individual beads – and traditionally consists of 108 individual beads that can be slightly moved (moved). They are usually made from natural materials; in Buddhism, bodhi wood beads are also popular, as Buddha attained enlightenment under a bodhi tree. Held in the hands, the mala serves to count the recited mantras; the individual beads gently pass through the fingers and support the process of concentration and meditative self-centering: a prayer or blessing, a mantra, is always recited 108 times, whether verbalized externally – spoken or chanted – or as a thought. The mala is worn around the neck or wrist. It has become a fashionable accessory as well as a symbolic and everyday piece of jewelry! High-quality healing stone beads are often made into malas, with the natural stones also having their own effects. For example, rock crystal stands for cleansing the aura, amethyst for opening ourselves to the divine and activating the crown chakra. Dark healing stones tend to symbolize protection and grounding, while white stones stand for inner peace and opening up. Gemstone malas also work through the aura and chakras. For example, carnelian supports the 2nd chakra, the energy wheel in our body that promotes joy and creativity. The mala has a harmonizing effect in and for the wearer's aura.
The large bead at the end—or beginning—of a mala symbolizes the infinite wisdom of the universe, realized through complete emptiness; the cylindrical bead represents this emptiness itself. As a pair, they remind us that all obstacles can be overcome, that the greatest obstacles themselves exist "only" in our minds, that we can live without fear and with full trust.
It is important that our thoughts are pure and truthful while we recite, think or chant a mantra: for a mantra is actually the practical use of positive energies that help us grow, raise awareness and protect our soul.
A mantra is a collection of syllables from the Tibetan or Sanskrit alphabet. The effect is created through repetition, and it becomes stronger the longer it is recited and internalized—at least 108 times. The sound produced during external recitation or chanting is also essential. The vibration of the sound produces and creates a unique spiritual impression in the mind of the worshipper. It is said that a mantra is like a human being: it must go through various stages before the healing, purifying effect—the purification of the mind—is achieved. There are many and very different mantras, each of which carries the potential for healing in its own special way. So-called Siddha mantras are those transmitted from a spiritual master to his or her student.
