DHL / Deutsche Post
Delivery is by registered mail. Delivery time within Europe is usually 4-6 working days.
Standard shipping via registered mail is free of charge for orders over €75.
For orders up to €74.99, we charge €5.98 for delivery within Europe, €8.95 worldwide, and €8.98 for orders up to €29.99.
DHL Express Next Day
DHL Express Next Day shipments are delivered the next day (Monday to Friday) after leaving our warehouse. Processing time: 1 day.
- Germany , England, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: up to €110 order value: €38.98; from €100 order value: €32.98; from €500 order value: €38.98 Free for you, up to a minimum order value of €99.99: €24.99

Risk-free shopping
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason after receiving the goods. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
You must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be returned undamaged, unworn, and properly packaged.
- The costs and shipping risk of the return shipment are borne by the buyer.
Once your order has been delivered, you have 30 days to exchange or return the items. After that, the purchase cannot be reversed and is therefore definitively finalized.
- In the event of a return (cancellation of the purchase of 1 or more items), the amount to be refunded (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred to you.
