What you need:

🪄 Incense sticks (all-natural, without perfume) – just the way you like them
🪄 Palo Santo (natural wood)
🪄 Smudges – e.g. white sage
🪄 Incense cones
🪄 Fireproof vessel, incense stick holder
🪄 Matches or lighter
🪄 An open window
🪄 A feather for fanning – or gently spread the smoke with your hand

Here's how:

1. Open window.
Consumed energy needs an outlet.

2. Light the incense. Let it flare up briefly, then blow it out. The smoke will come from the embers.

3. Walk through the room. Carefully, slowly – including into corners and under tables.
Then place the incense stick in the holder and let it burn. Let the Palo Santo smolder. Or extinguish it deliberately by dry means, e.g., by dabbing it out.

You don't need huge clouds of smoke – it's about quality, not quantity.

4. Air out thoroughly again. Important! Everything that needs to go can now go. The room will be clearer – and you'll breathe fresh oxygen.
