"Would you like to be treated with Reiki by me, but you don't have the opportunity to meet me in Mallorca? I offer you long-distance Reiki from the bottom of my heart. Through the possibilities that Mikao Usui has given us - through the Reiki symbols of the 2nd degree and also through the master symbol - spatial and temporal boundaries dissolve, and Reiki can be "sent" to you from thousands of kilometers away. During a short preliminary discussion and getting to know each other via email or WhatsApp, we arrange a time that is convenient for you, when I will connect with you energetically, only for the duration of the long-distance Reiki treatment and energy transfer. You don't have to tell me or "reveal" anything about yourself, for example whether you are pregnant, have an underlying physical illness, wear a pacemaker, etc., because: Remote Reiki can certainly be used for body analysis, but the first sessions serve to transfer energy in its purest form, it is less about "absolutely wanting" something, but rather about cleansing and strengthening the body and mind, making it more energetically free, also releasing blockages, letting you calm down, etc. .... it is basic work in its most beautiful form - Reiki can be like "coming home", so it can help you to first breathe deeply, pause .... and then carry on as you see fit.

You can email me several dates for the remote Reiki session, which I will then confirm if possible. After each remote Reiki session, you will receive a short feedback from me via email or WhatsApp (within 48 hours).

My tip: make your distance Reiki time as pleasant as possible, it is "time for you"!

.... perhaps lie down comfortably, but you can also sit, make sure you have a blanket, keep yourself comfortably warm (cozy socks?), or put candles on; if you like, use incense sticks, and please also put a glass of water within reach, soft music is also very nice, and above all: please do not let yourself be disturbed by, for example, a cell phone call during your special time, give yourself some time - a wonderful opportunity to rest and recharge your batteries! Experience has shown that it is also good to plan a little time "afterwards" to let Reiki take effect (but this is not necessary), to give yourself some space ..... If you fall asleep during the treatment, that's fine too. Your body will use Reiki as it currently needs it. Some people feel the contact directly during long-distance Reiki, others cannot name it, but that is not a standard, Reiki will flow to you and enrich you

lots of fun and good relaxation, please expect the distance Reiki session to last between 45 minutes and a good hour

then observe your body a little in the following 24 to 48 hours, maybe you are thirstier, can sleep better, feel “energized”, have new ideas, are simply more relaxed, would rather be alone for once, however, it always depends on you ..... then please give in to your body as far as possible, it will show you the way,

Reiki ... a gift - a decision

general information about a classic Reiki treatment:

How the “universal life energy” is experienced depends greatly on the individual’s current situation, whether it is direct Reiki or distant Reiki. However, the effect is always there. Reliable and spontaneous, even if no “pleasant feeling of warmth” or something similar is felt. Physical relaxation seems to be the “safest” sign.

Background information on a "direct Reiki treatment": It is not uncommon for the person being treated to fall asleep during the "head position" (which comes first in the traditional treatment process). During a treatment, the facial expressions of the Reiki recipient speak volumes - they show how pressure drops and harmony sets in. After "waking up", a certain liveliness can usually be noticed and seen in the person being treated. You feel somewhat regenerated. Reiki "has arrived". But the treatment may also awaken the extreme need to sleep (more) for a while, to take a break. What is important is always what the person being treated needs at that time. All in all: Reiki brings us a little closer to ourselves right from the start.
