Reiki does not make us indestructible.
That is not the goal either.

Rather: Reiki can strengthen us!
In our actions. In our trust.

It helps us to feel more again – what we need, what we no longer want, where our limits lie.
We become clearer. We are more at peace with ourselves.

With each Reiki session, our trust grows – in ourselves and in life. We learn to let go. To open up. Not to have to control everything, but to feel supported – sometimes.

Reiki does not make us invulnerable.
But it gives us tools to deal with injuries.
With pain. With fear.

And when old wounds heal, we become quieter. Freer. More powerful.

Not indestructible. But capable of picking us up again and again.
Not perfect. But in harmony.

Not immune to life – but ready for it.
