Patience and presence with this mudra
Patience and presence with this mudra - try it out! The tips of the middle finger and thumb come together to form "yoga for the hands", the fingertips can be gently pressed against each other, always in a way that is comfortable for you and directs your consciousness... for the better!
If you have both hands free, practice this posture - and attitude to life - on the right and left at the same time. However, we also find it helpful to use one hand mudra-like from time to time in everyday life to take a deep breath in the world, to jump out of your "hamster wheel" and to remind yourself how precious every moment is, how beautiful your life can be...
True to the motto "good morning, dear worries", we can only influence the outside world to a limited extent, but we can remain steadfast in the way we want to live, so "don't let yourself be taken over" by the nonsense around you, but center yourself: you know better!
You can "top" the whole thing by bringing your ring finger AND middle finger together with your thumb, thus strengthening your self-confidence and making you feel optimistic: the other fingers can then also be stretched out, but please practice this exercise in such a way that you can really relax overall, don't be too dogmatic and strict with yourself, which by the way can apply to this entire wonderful new unique day of your life!
have fun
Sanne (still in her pajamas 😉) and the magical Dash 🧡
Ps you can also take a gemstone between your fingertips, feels wonderful, e.g. rose quartz, jade, flat disc stones, thumb stones, also tumbled stones depending on the shape
