For us, Reiki is an important, wonderful, beloved and indispensable part of our lives, which makes our here and now possible in a unique way. In our seminars, we therefore encourage you not only to "learn" Reiki, but to live it according to your personality. All the informative and interesting books that are now available on this topic ultimately do not come anywhere close to showing you what Reiki can mean for you personally. Reiki means feeling, getting involved with this energy and with yourself - in order to then enjoy your life with new experiences, possibly reshaping it, confirming it with love, expanding it with joy.... Everyone decides for themselves within what framework. It is in your hands! Because: behind Reiki lies an absolute and true, heartfelt, honest acceptance of the individual. To be yourself, in your uniqueness....

The 1st Reiki Degree
If you experience your Reiki seminar with us, the 1st degree, you will receive detailed information and, above all, lots of practice on how you can use Reiki in your daily life and supply yourself with the universal life energy. You will also learn how to treat others with Reiki while remaining in your own energy. Whether in a group or in an individual seminar, you will be addressed personally. Four initiations - traditionally according to Mikao Usui - give you intensive access to Reiki. So that you have time to adjust to the new, a corresponding seminar always takes place over at least 2 days. (But it can also be three evenings; together we will find the optimal schedule). In addition, you will get a first insight into the chakra theory and, if you wish, into gemstone healing. We will go through gentle exercises together for relaxation (e.g. singing bowl meditation) and for intensive body awareness, establish connections between physical symptoms and possible psychological causes... the supporting program is ultimately always geared towards the seminar participants. You will also take home a certificate for your 1st degree in Reiki according to Mikao Usui.

Our seminars are extremely practice-oriented , with enough time to practice, feel and experience. They leave room for your individual situation, offer you detailed background information on the topic itself and accompanying insights into various forms of energy work. They encourage you to actively participate and study. Depending on the training, you will also be given tasks and recommended exercises to do during the seminar-free time.

If you would like an individual seminar, either for time or organizational reasons, we will find a date that suits you personally. Reiki 1st degree, for example, can also take place over three evenings.

yes, small groups such as family and friends can book a desired date together, e.g. Reiki 1 for a holiday in Mallorca

in different blocks: usually means 1 - 3, rarely 4, depending on your stay on the island, or also on your previous knowledge, your wishes, developments during the training ... this has proven to be successful

sometimes it makes sense to allow more time for practice or reflection between the individual blocks, we always clarify this personally with our students and make recommendations

In principle, no previous knowledge is required for various seminars, but of course training courses are adhered to, i.e. the Reiki master training is not before the 1st degree, yes, everything has already been requested ...
