This is how it happens: if you drop a stone into a pond, concentric waves are created that pass through the entire water. Every molecule, every tiny part of the water is set in motion. Something similar happens in our body. Soothing vibrations find their way from the singing bowl, and over 100 trillion cells are gently massaged. At the same time, this movement can create a new, healthier "order" in which breathing relaxes, muscles relax, pain is resolved, and much more. The singing bowls on the body are generally perceived as "light", as is the body itself during and after a sound massage. Tibetan singing bowls are used, which are hand-crafted from seven metals. In my working method, four singing bowls of different sizes and with different pitches are ultimately placed on the body of the person being treated. I strike the bowls in different rhythms and strengths, from gentle to strong. The body is "carried" by the sounds and the vibrations. In addition, singing bowls are placed next to the patient, are moved around them and thus have an effect on their aura and through their hearing. A singing bowl massage lasts around 60 minutes. This time is necessary to build up the sound and vibration arc that brings optimal relaxation.
Another wonderful form of treatment is the combination of Reiki and singing bowls. The body is offered the universal life energy and the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan bowls alternately and simultaneously.

A third way to work gently and effectively with singing bowls is to stimulate the chakras and harmonize the body. The singing bowls work specifically on the 7 main chakras and in your aura.
