What is hypnosis?
“In different cultures and countries, hypnosis has been used for thousands of years to heal people and keep them healthy. Modern hypnosis can support and strengthen us in everything that our everyday lives demand, help us reduce stress, make us more focused and help us shape our lives.
Hypnosis uses the power of our subconscious to release deeply rooted behavioral patterns within us. The actual willingness to bring about change is not unimportant. To be more relaxed, to live healthier, to feel more joy, to eat with pleasure and moderation at the same time, to be in harmony with one's body, to resolve fears, to let go of headaches, and much more.
