don't waste your feelings

"Don't waste your feelings", a quote from shamanism, has been with us for many, many years - it should (also) mean: decide whether you can and want to be happy here and now! If so: be happy! Take this time, this space, for exactly that!

So we started the morning in great peace, the decreasing wind made a relaxing walk at the Cala Mesquida possible, the dogs were happy, we relaxed,

always get to the point for yourself personally ....

we have to pull ourselves together, these days probably more than ever, yesterday a gigantic storm on Mallorca, everything was OK for us, in many places "everything under water", and a wild fire in s'Albufera, very frightening, the worst seems to be over ....

These days we often hear from other, very kind and wonderful people: "I don't know what I can take anymore", .... which makes us sad, but the world is what it is and most of the time we are surprised by ourselves at the reserves we find within ourselves, but even more importantly: to keep building up the strength within ourselves in time!
