Understanding Triggers

Always this trouble with the "triggers"! The powerful triggers for our bad moods and even deep fears and depressions, not funny, and even if you think "well" about the first, painful and disturbing panic attacks, triggered by a specific trigger or several triggers, are sheer horror at their peak, the body suffers agony, and whoever is affected is overwhelmed by immense helplessness in acute cases....

the "great" spontaneous advice and saying of others: "now just think of something nice" is rarely easy and not very helpful .... it takes practice to reset the head computer, in other words: to direct our thoughts in new directions in order to arrive in the here and now and, above all, to stay in the present

Triggers are always the past, we all carry various things around with us, and how could they not: that is us! that is our previous being, our experience....

Now it is important not to let these triggers influence the future, but it is easier said than done, and yes: it is possible!

Avoiding triggers completely may be very helpful for a while: you avoid certain situations... often an important step, but a certain trigger for personal stress can also lurk around the next corner, which - simply put - means nothing other than that we are alive, that life is movement, that everyday life is not so everyday, but often surprising... and then what?! For example, there is someone standing in front of you who you wanted to avoid at all costs because "he is not good for you", and as luck would have it, we cannot avoid this new encounter... and even if we could flee at that moment: the trigger is already having its effect...

then it seems to make more sense to accept your triggers in principle, to recognize them as part of ourselves and then: learn to observe carefully, let the triggers become smaller and smaller, set counterpoles, strengthen yourself!

.... that triggers are completely eliminated is initially a promise that cannot be kept, which we personally would never make with our samaki therapy offer, and which completely knocks people down just when they think they have "overcome everything" - during the next panic attack - and even more discourages them, which costs a lot of personal energy and also makes them "tired of life"

we recommend small steps, acceptance, awareness and self-love, Reiki, coaching, interactive hypnosis, type-appropriate meditations - this results in new strength, healing on many levels, new joy in life and a release of old patterns, because in this way we recognize ourselves as a wonderful, multifaceted overall picture in which one or the other trigger forms a mosaic piece, but is relegated to its place by so many bright colors and old and new beautiful impressions: in the past
