During the Rauhnächten you burn white sage, Palo Santo, incense in the house to cleanse the room... you light candles, you can meditate, hang a dream catcher over your bed... use whatever suits you!

Be it the evil spirits of the outside world that want to tell us that we are not wonderful and lovable, or the small and large demons in our own hearts: drive them away!
