Make your distance Reiki session as pleasant as possible; it's "time for you"!
.... perhaps lie down comfortably, but you can also sit,
provide a blanket, pillow...
keep yourself comfortably warm (cozy socks?),
or light candles; if you like, use incense sticks,
Please also keep a glass of water within reach,

Please do not let yourself be disturbed by, for example, a mobile phone call during your special time,
Give yourself free time - a wonderful opportunity to rest and recharge your batteries!
Experience has shown that it is also good to plan a little time for yourself "afterwards" to allow the Reiki to take effect (but this is not necessary), to give yourself some space....
If you fall asleep during the treatment, that's fine too, your body will use Reiki as it currently needs it
Some people feel the contact directly during distance Reiki, others cannot name it, but this is not a standard, Reiki will flow to you and enrich you
