That's what you want, right?
Die in peace - after having enjoyed a rich, healthy, and happy life for over 90 years
That's what you want, right?
I was first consciously confronted with death when my cousin died at the age of 19. She tripped on the stairs, hit her head, was put in an emergency operation, fell into a coma, and was buried a few days later....
I myself was almost 13 years old,
Everyone around me: completely overwhelmed by this situation! Trapped in grief over the death of this young, vibrant woman...
me: alone in the wide open spaces
Even today I still walk up every flight of stairs slowly and consciously
Life: is immensely complex, and the idea that we can all grow old in peace is perhaps THE greatest illusion of all
what can this teach us?
oh, a lot!
for example:
🧡 to enjoy every tiny moment that fills us with love and joy
🧡 Doing a job that is our calling OR - important variation - having a job that "doesn't bother us", seeing it as a means to an end and implementing the money - the energy exchange - that can work wonderfully
above all:
🧡 to follow our heart, which includes a lot, like
🪷 to observe closely
🪷 to live and decide consciously
🪷 to use one's strengths
🪷 to love one's weaknesses
🪷 not to tell anyone what they want to hear
🪷 taking your dreams seriously
🪷 to fulfill one's own wishes
🪷 to be authentic
🪷 to value oneself
etc. etc.
But above all, and this isn't morbid! - to realize: life will end....
Use the time until then with all your senses! Take care of yourself 🙏🏼☀️
Now!
🧡 and dare to ask for help
you will find the spiritual teachers that suit you 🙏🏼
