so easy?
If you meditate, you gradually learn to look at your thoughts like clouds in the blue sky, briefly and attentively,
With a little emotional distance, you let it pass before your inner eye and then decide: do I really want to think about THAT any further???
or do I decide in my current awareness - in my meditation - to let the fear float away and invite the light into my life ....
and no, it is not always easy!! and yes, sometimes it works better, then again not....
practicing: it's worth it
your life is in flux, and what is brought to you is neither always foreseeable nor welcome, so meditation protects us (also) by strengthening our inner strength - by ourselves, sometimes with the help of a coach, spiritual teacher who inspires you, guides you, encourages you to be yourself .... and then: by yourself!!
Stay in your own lovingly lived power, in your consciousness
